Heat exchangers require periodic maintenance from cleaning to re-tubing and in the worst case scenario, re-manufacturing. We have a team of fully qualified staff to carry out this work either in our factory or on-site. We have encountered most problems associated with old heat exchangers which have led to the development of several patented products and technologies aimed at prolonging the life of heat exchangers.
 
Tube Bundles are critical part of Heat Exchangers used in D.G Sets, Air/Gas Compressors, Chillers, Condensers, Etc. Problems such as Scaling, Oil Sludge, Rust, Etc. results in repairing / replacement of Tube Bundles. OMEEL Coils provides assistance in repairing / replacement of old Tube Bundles. New Tube Bundles can be supplied in Tested & Assembles form, to fit old shells.
 
On-Site Services  
 

Where it is impractical, due to size or time constraints, to remove an existing heat exchanger from a site or vessel, Applied Cooling Technology provides professional worldwide on-site services.

Our own highly skilled, fully equipped fitters are available to travel anywhere on site, usually at short notice, to undertake such work as commissioning, re-tubing, installation of tube inserts and tube seals.

We are also able to carry out heat exchanger surveys on site for quotation and re-manufacturing purposes for those projects where accurate measurements are required.
