Tube bundles (also known as tube stacks) are designed, manufactured or re-manufactured for both new and existing applications according to customer requirements, including direct replacements for existing units. Our manufacturing versatility enables us to offer single bundles or larger quantities on competitive lead times. Expect longer service life, often at similar or lower cost than the original manufacturer’s unit.
Tubes can be plain, low-finned (internal and/or external) or high-finned (integral or applied fin) with many methods for tubeside/shellside enhancement available.
Tube to tubeplate/tubesheet jointing methods includes roller-expansion (with or without expansion grooves) and/or welding in addition to secondary seals such as grommets, o-rings, hydroscopic and compression seals

Service/Repair Shell Tube Heat Exchangers/ Condensers
Servicing & Repair
Shell & tube heat exchangers and condenser's undergo a full service including de-assemble, cleaning (Ultrasonically, chemically or mechanically) inspection, re-assemble with new gasket sets and warn parts and pressure test.
Refurbishment / Re-tube
Units completely re-tubed to original specification or higher, tube plates baffles and shell also replaced when required. Work can be undertaken in our works to meet your requirements
Re-tube
Tube nests re-furbished in our works, all materials to original specification with huge cost and time savings against new units.
